I am a consultant, systemic and agile coach, and interim manager. My work combines many years of leadership experience with a systemic perspective, methodological clarity and a strong focus on execution.
From agency leadership to organizational development.
For many years, I worked in international marketing and communications agencies, led teams, advised clients, developed organizations and took responsibility for change processes. It was rarely only about communication. It was always also about leadership, structure, culture, collaboration and execution.
As managing director, president and CEO, I led organizations in demanding situations: growth, restructuring, new teams, changing market conditions, post-merger integration, transformation projects and high expectations from clients, employees and shareholders.
Today, I bring this experience into consulting, coaching and interim management. Not as theory from the outside, but with an understanding of how change in organizations actually works.
