I support teams in gaining clarity about roles, responsibilities, collaboration and shared goals — especially when change, growth or new structures make collaboration more demanding.

Teams do not automatically become effective just because people are professionally strong. What matters is whether expectations are clarified, conflicts are addressed, decisions are sustainable and collaboration works in everyday practice.

My team development combines systemic understanding, facilitation experience and management practice. The focus is on clarity, trust, working capability and concrete agreements.

In team development, I work with teams on topics that often receive too little space in everyday work: roles, expectations, responsibilities, decision paths, communication and dealing with conflict. The goal is not a pleasant workshop, but noticeably better collaboration.
