I guide leaders and teams through change processes with conviction and experience. As a systemic and agile coach, I create transparency, strengthen self-responsibility, and improve collaboration.

As a systemic and agile coach, I support executives, teams, and organizations through change processes – with a focus on self-reflection, personal responsibility, and solution-oriented action.

For me, coaching is not a tool but a mindset: I follow a humanistic view of people and work in a resource-oriented way, with a clear eye for patterns, dynamics, and interdependencies within the system.
